Week 2 - 2nd Card

For this card I tried to do the fox with the technique in the video today, but the lines are too thin.  I'll attempt it with another stamp and see if I can get it to work.  After I go and get some more embossing powder since I used almost the rest of my jar practicing -- I didn't have much left to start with.  :)

Week 2 - Color Combination and my 1st Card

I just love the color combination for this week!

Week 1 - 4th card

I'm having a great time with the color combination.  Here's the 4th card that I've made.

Week 1 Colors - Simple One Layer Card

I used plain white card stock for the base and stamped the flowers with black Stazon ink.  I colored the flowers with Stampin' Up Markers in the following colors:  More Mustard, Bliss Blue, Marvelous Magenta and Rose Red.  The leaves were done with Old Olive.


For the sentiment, I used the same Stampin' Up markers directly on the rubber, huffed on it and stamped it to get the gradient colors.

Week 1 Card - Second Card

My girlfriend at work asked me to do a Father's Day card for her (she knows that she's just a little late with this), so I decided to try and use this week's colors.  I hope you enjoy!  Ruthie
